Finishing Options Tweed Heads

If you’ve been looking into concrete finishing options for a while you’ve probably realized that there are just a lot of things that you can do. We typically get two types of clients walking through the door. It’s the one that thinks of concrete as a dull gray surface. The second type of client has looked into finishing options and is overwhelmed with the immense variety that exists. Knowing this, what we like to do is “narrow” down the options that are available in a way. Don’t think that this means that we’re going to be selling you short or forcing you into a design that we feel comfortable with.

How We Narrow Down The Options That Could Be Available For You

We don’t want to leave you on a cliff hanger here so let’s get to how we present the different options that we may have available for you. What we’ll do is set up a couple of examples, of stamped concrete, stained concrete, a wood stamped concrete, cinder block. In short, what we’ll put in front of you are all of the different categories of finishing options that we have available. From there if you like the stamped concrete idea we can then expand into the world of stamped concrete and what that would look like in your situation.

The Finish That You Choose Can Have An Impact On How Long The Structure Is Going To Last

This is something that not a lot of people talk about. For example certain types of stamped concrete are going to look amazing when new. Over the course of a couple of years though, the stained concrete could have a better look at that particular time. We could also say that certain designs are going to require more maintenance. This is not our effort to have you shy away from anything. It’s just that we want to be clear with what you can expect from each type of finish.

Get The Benefits Of A Concrete Surface With The Looks Of Other Materials

Wood stamped concrete is a perfect example of what we’re talking about here. It’s actually a very popular finish for our pool decks. People want to have that look of the traditional wooden deck. Yet, what they also want is the durability of a concrete surface. The great thing about concrete is that you can in fact add a finish that’s going to make the area look like something that doesn’t resemble what we typically think of when we think about concrete.

What Did You Have In Mind?

If you have something specific in mind we’d love to hear from you to see how our team can help you make that vision come to life. There are no set rules per se that you’d have to follow when it comes to a concrete finish. It’s not like we’re just going to have you pick from a catalog and if we don’t have something you like you’ll just have to move on. It’s completely the opposite.
